Loud bangs and flashes frighten many pets, and fear of fireworks is one of the most common behavior problems owners report.
A quiet den with bedding and a favorite toy gives pets a safe place to retreat, while closed curtains and background music help mask the noise.

Walk dogs before dark, keep cats indoors and make sure microchip details are up to date in case a frightened pet escapes.
For pets with severe noise fear, talk to your vet well before the season about behavior support and whether medication could help.
